Fly Jinnah has announced three weekly flights linking Quetta and Lahore, giving passengers more options for travel between the two major Pakistani cities.
The new service begins on May 13 and will run every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. It aims to improve air connectivity in the country’s domestic network.
Flight Schedule and Details
The outbound flight, numbered 9P855, will leave Quetta at 2:30 pm and arrive in Lahore at 3:50 pm. The journey takes one hour and 20 minutes.
On the return, flight 9P856 will depart Lahore at 4:40 pm and reach Quetta at 6:10 pm, with a flying time of one hour and 30 minutes.
The airline will use Airbus A320 aircraft for this route. These timings allow passengers to complete a same-day round trip if needed, with a reasonable layover in Lahore.
Benefits for Travelers
This addition should make travel between Balochistan’s capital and Punjab’s largest city easier and more reliable. Many people travel this route for business, family visits, or medical reasons. Having fixed weekly flights can reduce dependence on road travel, which often takes much longer.
Fly Jinnah, a low-cost carrier, has been working to expand its domestic presence. The new Quetta-Lahore link adds to its growing network within Pakistan.
What Passengers Should Know
Travelers planning to use this service can book tickets through Fly Jinnah’s website or authorized agents. It is advisable to check the latest schedule and any updates closer to the travel date.
The addition of these flights comes as domestic air travel in Pakistan continues to see gradual recovery and expansion.
