Rawalpindi, Pakistan – January 17, 2026 — Tecno has introduced the Spark Go 3, a new budget smartphone designed for everyday reliability in tough conditions. The device went on sale in India recently, priced at Rs 8,999 (around $100) for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model, with availability through Amazon and local stores starting January 23.
The phone stands out in the entry-level category with its focus on build quality. It carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, plus drop protection tested up to about 1.2 meters. This makes it suitable for students, delivery workers, or anyone who needs a phone that can handle rough daily use without quick damage.
A key feature is the 6.75-inch HD+ LCD screen, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and video playback compared to standard budget displays.
Performance and Software
Tecno equips the Spark Go 3 with a Unisoc T7250 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage that can expand via microSD card. The setup handles basic tasks like calls, social media, messaging, and light apps without major issues. The company claims the phone can stay lag-free for up to four years with regular use.
It ships with Android 15 and Tecno’s HiOS 15 skin. A built-in voice assistant called Ella AI supports regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, and Marathi for voice commands and simple help.
Other additions include an offline communication mode (Tecno FreeLink 2.0) that allows calls and messages between compatible Tecno phones up to 1.5 km apart, even without network coverage—useful in basements, factories, or remote areas.
Camera and Battery
Photography comes via a 13MP main rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera for selfies. Both support 1080p video recording at 30fps. Camera modes cover everyday needs like portraits, night shots, and beauty effects.
Power comes from a 5,000mAh battery with 15W wired charging through a USB Type-C port. This should provide solid all-day usage for most people.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and dual SIM support. The phone also has an infrared sensor for controlling home appliances like TVs.
Available colors are Aurora Purple, Galaxy Blue, Ink Black, and Titanium Grey.

In Pakistan, where Tecno often assembles devices locally, the Spark Go 3 is likely to arrive at a similar price point soon—around PKR 25,000–28,000 depending on taxes and import costs. No official Pakistan launch date has been confirmed yet.
