- Driving license (optional during application but required within 60 days of approval)
Women from minority communities are guaranteed 20% of the motorcycles, ensuring equitable representation. Approved applicants must secure a valid driving license before receiving their motorcycle.

The application process is simple and fully online through the Workers Welfare Board’s portal at https://emotorcycle.wwbs.gos.pk/registration. A digital draw will determine recipients, ensuring fairness and eliminating human bias in the selection process.
