The Lahore Development Authority has opened applications for a new batch of residential and commercial plots across several key areas in the city. Winners will be selected through a computerized lottery, with payments spread over three years in quarterly installments.
Applications are being accepted starting December 28, 2025, and will close on February 10, 2026. The draw is scheduled for February 24, 2026, at the LDA Sports Complex in Johar Town.
Available Plots
This ballot includes fully developed plots in popular locations such as Johar Town, LDA City, Gujarpura China Scheme, Sabzazar, and Mohlanwal.
Key offerings:
- 37 five-marla residential plots in Johar Town’s R Block
- Around 30 commercial plots (six and seven marla) in Gujarpura China Scheme’s B-3 and C-3 blocks
- 25 commercial plots of 3.44 marla in Sabzazar’s F Block
- 50 three-marla residential plots in Mohlanwal’s D Block
- 13 one-kanal residential plots in LDA City’s A-1 Block
- 17 one-kanal residential plots in LDA City’s B-1 Block
Non-refundable application fees vary by category: Rs20,000 for five-marla plots in Johar Town, Rs10,000 for one-kanal plots in LDA City, Rs12,000 for 3.44-marla commercial in Sabzazar, Rs8,000 for larger commercial in Gujarpura, and Rs5,000 for three-marla in Mohlanwal.
People can apply online through the LDA website at lda.gop.pk or the mobile app. Forms are also available at the LDA Citizen Facilitation Center.
