Hyundai Nishat Motors has confirmed that the all-new Hyundai Palisade will be assembled locally in Pakistan using the CKD method. This step makes Pakistan the only country besides South Korea to handle CKD production of this flagship SUV.
The announcement came through the company’s official channels on February 13, 2026. It highlights growing trust in Pakistan’s auto sector and aims to meet rising demand for large, premium vehicles.

M Mumtaz Ahmed, General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Hyundai Nishat Motors, described the move as a proud achievement. He pointed out that local production of the CKD Palisade shows Pakistan’s improving skills in engineering and manufacturing.
The Palisade stands out as a full-size, 7-seater SUV with a focus on comfort and luxury. It includes features like Nappa leather seats, dual sunroofs, ambient interior lighting, and a modern infotainment system. Safety comes through advanced driver aids, while the powertrain — a 2.5L turbo hybrid setup — delivers strong performance with better fuel economy.
